Materials for track bolts with oval neck and diamond neck

This type of fish bolt is manufactured as per ASMA-183. Track bolts come with heavy square nuts and Grade 2 heat treatment, with oval neck and diamond neck.

Materials for square head fish plate bolts

We produce the fish plate bolt as per AS1085.4-1999. The nominal thread diameter is M20/M22/M24 and the thread of the fish bolts are finished square. A nominal 45 degree chamfer is to be provided a depth slightly exceeding the depth slightly exceeding the depth of the thread. Rail nuts should be in accordance with AS/NZS 1252.

We produce the fish bolts according to the BS standard. These fish bolts can manufactured to mild steel or high tensile steel Grade 8.8 as well as the latest Transnet specifications. Metric and imperial sizes are available and are used for fish plate of BS50, BS70A, BS75A, BS75R, BS80A, BS80R, BS90A, BS90R, BS95A, BS95R, and BS95N.
